YARDLEY, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FidoPharm, Inc., announced today that it was awarded $15,700,000.00 on its claim against Cheminova Inc. and Cheminova A/S for wrongful termination of a supply agreement. FidoPharm will recover the award from Cheminova. Inc. and Cheminova A/S on or before January 1, 2013.
