Erba Diagnostics CEO and President Kevin Clark said he will resign on July 31. The Miami Lakes-based in vitro diagnostic equipment manufacturer (NYSE: ERB), which was formerly called Ivax Diagnostics, said Sanjiv Suri would take over as interim CEO.
