DEERFIELD, Ill., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Announcing the corporate realignment and formation of VeridianHealth, LLC -- newly-formed parent company of the nation’s leading on-site electrodiagnostic (EDX) testing and physical therapy service entities, including: Diagnostic Testing Centers of America (DTCA), HTZ Technical Services, Inc. (HTZ), and ZT Technical Services, LLC (ZT). ZT, HTZ, and DTCA Founder and CEO, Mitchell E. Rubin, reports that the formation of VeridianHealth, LLC comes after months of strategic planning, reorganization, and rebranding efforts to streamline efficiencies and capture economies of scale.

 * Diagnostic Testing Centers of America (DTCA) The DTCA affiliate program offers regularly scheduled EDX testing to patients in the physician’s office. When a physician collaborates with a DTCA consulting physician group, the patient receives both testing and interpretation services. DTCA’s educational offerings and affiliate support provide additional opportunities to grow practice capabilities, including access to distinguished Advisory Board members. * FirstDiagnostics (previously ZT and HTZ) The FirstDiagnostics program offers an opportunity to lease technicians who provide on-site EDX tests as needed under the physician’s direction. Neurologists and radiologists, who specialize at interpreting EDX test results, prepare and report their findings to the physician. * FirsTherapy Plus (new program providing physical therapy and EDX ancillary services) The FirsTherapy Plus program delivers on-site, on-demand EDX and physical therapy services to patients during regular practice hours. The physician is able to expand practice offerings to include testing, interpretation, and rehabilitation services. 

To accommodate corporate reorganization and growth, VeridianHealth, LLC, announces the move to new headquarters located at 1650 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, Illinois 60015. New corporate offices occupy over 60,000 sq. ft. of office space. The premises boast an executive kitchen, dining room, exercise facility, and cafeteria for its 450 employees.
