LUEBECK, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2005--Draeger Medical AG & Co. KGaA announced today that it will consolidate its medical monitoring device and information technology (IT) manufacturing currently based in Danvers, MA, into its facility located in Telford, PA. The manufacturing of all Draeger Medical monitoring and IT products will be moved to Telford from the current location in Danvers as of August 15, 2005. The headquarters of the Monitoring & IT Business Unit will remain in Danvers due to the high concentration of clinical and research excellence in the Boston area.
