DOBI Medical International, Inc. (OTCBB:DBMI) announced today that it hosted the first annual “European Symposium in Optical Breast Imaging” from September 17-19 at Cernobbio, Lake Como, Italy to review the latest information on DOBI Medical’s ComfortScan(TM) system. The ComfortScan system is an optical breast imaging device designed to help detect tumor angiogenesis (abnormal blood vessel growth) which is often associated with breast cancer. The symposium was attended by seventeen prominent medical imaging device distributors representing more than twenty countries in Europe and the Middle East.
