acquired, through a reverse take-over of Immunotec Inc. (previously known as
Magistral Biotech Inc.) (the "Company"), 893,784,942 common shares in the
capital stock of the Company ("Common Shares"). These Common Shares are
controlled by Mr. Beer through a combination of direct holdings and family
holdings.
