HAYWARD, Calif., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Concuity, Inc., the leading provider of contract revenue cycle management solutions for the healthcare industry, announced today the appointment of R. “I am delighted to have these two accomplished healthcare technology executives join the Concuity team,” said Robert Watson, President and CEO of Concuity, Inc. “Craig’s in-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management as well as his extensive experience overseeing large revenue recovery and customer service organizations will be critical to Concuity’s ability to grow its Revenue Recovery Unit. Lew’s integrated approach to sales, marketing and account management will enable Concuity to better focus on delivering a tangible ROI to its clients as well as listen more carefully to their needs,” he continued. “With the typical 350-bed hospital now losing an average of $3.3 million annually due to underpayments and denials, it is critical that healthcare providers identify underpayments and denials, collect all the monies they are owed and correct the systemic issues that caused the revenue leakage in the first place.
