Prodesse, Inc. announced today that Columbia University Medical Center, NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente (Northern California Region) have completed development of assays they produced that incorporate Prodesse’s reagents. These reagents are being used to develop real time PCR assays which, from a single sample, can detect and differentiate three of the most important analytes (or respiratory viruses) – Influenza A virus, Influenza B virus and RSV.
