PHILADELPHIA, April 25, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits (CIEB) announced today that Philippe E. Kolaczynski joined CIEB as director of international sales for all of Canada.

Most recently, Kolaczynski was with The Citadel General Assurance Company in Toronto where he was an account executive for more than five years. His responsibilities included expatriate medical insurance as part of an extensive portfolio of special risk products. He has more than 13 years of sales experience in employee benefits in Canada, representing in-depth knowledge of the Canadian marketplace, Maykish added.
Kolaczynski is based in the CIGNA Life of Canada office in Scarborough, Ontario.
