KALAMAZOO, Michigan, May19, 2010 –CeeTox recently completed a transaction in which it purchased certain assets formerly owned by ADMETRx Inc. This asset purchase increases CeeTox’ existing ADME capabilities and is yet another step in its strategy to expand its range of in vitro service offerings.
