BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 20, 2005--Cardiovascular Services of America (CSA), a developer and operator of outpatient cath labs and CT angiography suites in partnership with cardiology groups, today announced that Timothy P. Martin, age 48, has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Martin, currently an executive with Renal Care Group, Inc., will assume his new position upon the completion of the acquisition of Renal Care Group by Fresenius Medical Care, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2005.
