Meadville's C&J Industries Inc. has new management and ownership of the custom injection molding company and medical device contract manufacturer.
Dennis Frampton, the president and chief executive officer of the privately held company, retired as of Friday with Rob Marut named the firm’s new president and CEO. Marut has been with C&J Industries for eight years, most recently serving as its vice president of finance.
