Now, health care organizations can improve the patient experience with meaningful, actionable data while satisfying Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) requirements.

QCDRs were introduced by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as a reporting mechanism in 2014.
