Bayer AG (BAYG.DE: Quote, Profile, Research) and other makers of non-prescription medicines are interested in Roche’s (ROG.VX: Quote, Profile, Research) over-the-counter drugs business, which could fetch 2-3 billion Swiss francs ($1.6-$2.4 billion), financial sources said on Tuesday.
