(Amex: KAD - News), a leading national provider of home care, staffing services, and related home care equipment, announced today that it has acquired Lovell Medical Supply Inc., a respiratory and durable medical equipment (DME) company with locations in Mount Airy, Elkin, North Wilkesboro and Statesville, North Carolina. Lovell Medical Supply currently generates approximately $3 million in annualized revenues.
