AnchorPoint Announces Sturdy Memorial Hospital Upgrades To AnchorPoint(TM) 5.0 TFM Solution

FRAMINGHAM, Mass., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- AnchorPoint, the leading provider of integrated Telecommunications Financial Management (TFM) solutions, announces that Sturdy Memorial Hospital, a locally controlled, non- profit acute care community hospital in Attleboro, Mass., has renewed its license agreement with the company for its AnchorPoint(TM) 5.0 TFM solution. A satisfied customer since 1996, AnchorPoint has helped Sturdy Memorial Hospital achieve more accurate telecom billing and verification of charges, resulting in significant cost savings.

Sturdy Memorial Hospital utilizes AnchorPoint 5.0’s Usage Management module. Specifically, the hospital uses AnchorPoint 5.0 for call accounting services for approximately 1,000 extensions at the Attleboro facility, including cost allocation of voice and data communications, network toll fraud detection and management, circuit usage reporting, and the ability to accurately bill back communications costs to associate practices and the Attleboro Medical Association.
