The conference is being held January 14-16, 2016 at Sonoma Golf Club in Sonoma, California. Gerald E. Commissiong, President and CEO of Amarantus, will present on Friday, January 15th, 2016 2:30pm Pacific Time.

Mr. Commissiong will discuss details regarding a pending Amarantus Diagnostics, Inc. spin-out transaction into a publicly-traded, immuno-oncology-focused diagnostics company.
