ADM Tronics Unlimited, Inc. (OTCBB:ADMT) subsidiary, Ivivi Technologies, Inc. (IVIVI), has entered into a marketing and distribution agreement with U.S. MedSys Corp. (OTCBB:USMY) for IVIVI's SofPulse Electrotherapy Device. USMY intends to incorporate the SofPulse into its "wound care management program" (WCMP).
