ACS Awarded BPO Contract With TMG Health

DALLAS, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. , a premier provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions, announced today that it has been awarded a five-year electronic data interchange (EDI) transaction and front-end support services contract with TMG Health, Inc. TMG is the national leader in providing outsourced Medicare, Medicaid, and other business process outsourcing (BPO) services.

Under the terms of the agreement, ACS will provide solutions supporting several front-end processes for both paper and electronic receipt of claims documents for TMG’s growing BPO business for Medicare, Medicaid and other government healthcare programs. ACS will support TMG through a joint effort of its Commercial and Government Healthcare Solutions groups, delivering EDI services via state EDI clearinghouses.
