SYDNEY, July 6 (Reuters) - Sonic Healthcare Ltd., Australia's top pathology group, said on Friday it has agreed to buy U.S.-based Sunrise Medical Laboratories Inc. for up to US$168 million, immediately boosting its earnings per share.
