Simulations Plus Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.06 per Share - Oct. 14, 2019

LANCASTER, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Simulations Plus, Inc. (Nasdaq: SLP), the leading provider of modeling and simulation solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemicals, and consumer goods industries, today announced that its board of directors has declared its next ongoing quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of the Company’s common stock. The cash dividend will be distributed on Friday, November 1, 2019, to shareholders of record as of Friday, October 25, 2019.
