(NASDAQ:RGLS), a biopharmaceutical company leading the discovery and development of innovative medicines targeting microRNAs, announced today that it will host The NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square, New York on December 5, 2012.

Kleanthis G. Xanthopoulos, Ph.D., President and CEO of Regulus, will ring The NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell. Dr. Xanthopoulos will be joined by members of Regulus' executive management team and Regulus employees to commemorate the event.
