(OTC: MDXG), an integrated developer, manufacturer and marketer of patent protected regenerative biomaterials and bioimplants processed from human amniotic membrane, announced today that its results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012, will be released before the opening of the market on Thursday, March 7, 2013.
