Creative BioMart Signed Nanobody Antibody Agreement

Sep. 23, 2013, Creative Biomart signed a Nanobody antibody agreement with a U.S. Pharmaceutical giant (the company name is not allowed to expose according to the agreement terms). In line with the agreement, Creative Biomart is going to provide Recombinant Anti-Human IL6 Nanobody, Recombinant Anti-Human IL6R Nanobody and Recombinant Anti-Human IL12 Nanobody in bulk to the Pharmaceutical giant. Meanwhile, Creative Biomart is asked to collaboratively develop and commercialize the nanobody yields which aim at immunology. At the beginning, Creative Biomart will receive an upfront payment. Upon the achievement of pre-defined success criteria, Creative Biomart will receive the left payment.

“This is the second time that we sign such agreement with Creative Biomart, we are quite satisfied about their previous products and services and we believe this time will also be an ideal cooperation,” said Ph.D. Joseph, chief executive officer.
