Cantel Medical Acquires Jet Prep Ltd.

LITTLE FALLS, N.J., Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. (NYSE: CMN), has further enhanced its leading endoscopy product portfolio with the acquisition of Jet Prep Ltd. Based in Herzliya, Israel, Jet Prep Ltd. is the developer of the Jet Prep Flushing Device, a novel single-use irrigation and aspiration catheter to improve visualization during colonoscopy procedures. The Jet Prep Flushing Device has FDA 510(k) and CE Mark clearances and is ready for immediate commercialization by our global endoscopy sales forces. The Jet Prep operation, which will be integrated into our Medivators Endoscopy business, will remain in Israel. Led by David Nitsan, this group of R&D engineers will continue working on new product development.
