AcuVitals(TM) Vital Signs Monitor Released By Tiba Medical, Inc.
PLANO, Texas, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Tiba Medical Inc. today announced the introduction of the AcuVitals(TM) 1000 vital signs monitor. The AcuVitals(TM) monitor provides both continuous and spot checking of vital signs with integrated non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) and temperature modules from Welch Allyn(R), OxiMax(R) pulse oximetry modules from Nellcor(R) and a thermal printer.
The AcuVitals monitor supports adult, pediatric and neonatal environments, targeting clinical applications including office, perioperative, emergency, dialysis, dental and other hospital and outpatient settings. Monitors will be on display in Tiba Medical's booth at the 55th Annual Scientific Session of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) being held from March 11-14, 2006 in Atlanta, GA.

Prices range from $1,299 (NIBP only) to $3,199 (fully configured with NIBP, pulse oximetry, temperature and printer). A variety of reusable and disposable accessories such as blood pressure cuffs, pulse oximetry sensors and temperature probes as well as rolling stands are also available.
