M & M Nursing Services Acquires ProHealth Staffing Inc.

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- M & M Nursing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dalrada Financial Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: DRDF) , today announced its acquisition of ProHealth Staffing, Inc., private duty healthcare staffing provider serving the greater Detroit metropolitan market regions.
