HAMILTON, Bermuda, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Warner Chilcott Holdings Company, Limited announced today that Mr. James G. Andress has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Andress is a former Chairman of the Pharmaceuticals Group, Beecham Group, plc and the former Chairman, Healthcare Products and Services of SmithKline Beecham, plc and the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Sterling Drug, Inc. In addition, from 1996 to 2000, he served as Chairman and CEO of one of our predecessor companies. Mr. Andress currently serves on the boards of Allstate Corporation, Dade Behring, Inc., Sepracor, Inc. and Xoma Corporation.
