Lowe to the position of Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lowe will be reporting directly to Paul F. Mr. Lowe comes to Anthera from Asthmatx Inc., where he served as Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he was Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Peninsula Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Lowe also serves on the board of Hansen Medical. Mr. Lowe holds a B.S. in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Saint Mary’s University in Texas.
