SAINT PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Angeion Corporation (NASDAQ: ANGN) announced today that William J. Kullback has joined the company as Senior Vice president and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. He replaces Dale H. Johnson, 63, who retired last month.
