CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Altus Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ALTU) today announced that David D. Pendergast, Ph.D. was elected Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Dr. Pendergast has served as a member of the Board of Directors since November 2006. John P. Richard is stepping down as Chairman but will remain a member of the Board.
