CENTENNIAL, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AlloSource, one of the nation’s largest non-profit providers of skin, bone and soft tissue allografts for use in surgical procedures, announced today that it has entered into a license agreement with IsoTis, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISOT), the orthobiologics company. Under the new agreement, AlloSource receives an exclusive license to use the intellectual property necessary to manufacture products similar to IsoTis’ first generation demineralized bone matrix (DBM) products in North America, and a non-exclusive license to market them to and through AlloSource’s own distribution or private label partners.
