Jan 14 (Reuters) - Allied Healthcare International Inc named Alexander Young chief executive officer, effective Jan. 14. Young, who was previously with Chubb UK, replaces interim CEO Sarah Eames, who will continue to serve as executive vice-president till April 16, the provider of healthcare staffing services said in a statement.
