ALKU Expands its Medical Device Services to have a Niched Focus on SCM

To continue serving its clientele base, a focus on SCM was needed.

Andover, MA- In an effort to become more specialized, ALKU has expanded its niche services to include Supply Chain Management (SCM). ALKU’s Medical Device division observed a need in the market for SCM. Therefore, to continue serving its clientele base, a focus on SCM was needed.

ALKU’s Medical Device SCM division will be dedicated to the placement of independent SCM consultants on contract jobs across the U.S. for customers of all sizes. The areas of focus will include; Supply Chain & End to End Operations, Procurement & Supplier Management, Logistics & Materials Management, Supply & Demand Planning, Manufacturing & Operations, LEAN/ Six Sigma Programs, and Packaging & Labeling. ALKU currently services 15 of the top 20 Medical Device companies in the world and is expanding.

“As evident by MDSAP and EU MDR, the Medical Device regulations are constantly evolving. If we plan on staying ahead of these trends and continuing to provide the exceptional service that our clients have come to expect from ALKU, we too must evolve,” said, Patricia Blanchard, Medical Device Recruiting Manager. “Supply Chain Management was an area that we have supported throughout the years, but by dedicating resources to the cause we will now have an even greater ability to ensure all of our clients can feel confident in having the proper resources to achieve end to end compliance.”

ALKU is dedicated to making sure that every consultant is matched with the best opportunity for their unique skill set. Their satisfaction is so valued that ALKU was awarded the 2019 Best of Staffing Award for Talent Satisfaction by ClearlyRated for the eighth year in a row. ALKU also works to ensure that every client is pleased with the services and resources provided, which is why ALKU was awarded the 2019 Best of Staffing Award for Client Satisfaction by ClearlyRated for the sixth year.

“We are aiming to create a better experience for our consultants. One of our fundamentals is building quality relationships with our candidates, and a key process behind that fundamental is identifying the perfect opportunity for each and every consultant,” said Patricia Blanchard. “The Medical Device division is dedicated to providing the highest level of service, Lauren Morse, who will be the spearheading the SCM group from the recruiting side, has some of the best relationships in the company.”
