ALBANY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AMRI (NASDAQ:AMRI) announced today the results of its recently concluded matching gift program in which the company and its employees contributed over $34,000 to support the victims of the Sichuan, China earthquake. The earthquake killed almost 70,000 people, injured 375,000 and destroyed over 35 million homes. Included among the victims were a large number of students who were killed when the buildings where they attended classes collapsed.
