ALBANY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AMRI (NASDAQ: AMRI) has completed a company purchase of FineKem Laboratories Pvt. Limited, a manufacturing facility located in Aurangabad, India. This acquisition will significantly accelerate AMRI’s ability to make custom pilot scale intermediates in India, which is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2008.
