AMSTERDAM, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Dutch chemical group Akzo Nobel NV (AKZO.AS: Quote, Profile , Research) reported fourth-quarter operating profit on Thursday below analyst expectations and said it planned to list its pharmaceutical unit in the coming weeks, sending its shares down.
