The acquisition includes the portfolio of fifteen respiratory products and a novel respiratory device, as well as the company¹s headquarters and distribution facilities. In addition to the company¹s assets, airPharma also anticipates the addition of the WE Pharmaceuticals staff, having extended employment offers to all employees. The acquisition adds commercially proven products and infrastructure to airPharma¹s existing pipeline of respiratory drugs in development.
