Mr. Niewiadomski holds a BE, MS in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA in Finance and Management from Stony Brook University. He is a published author of research pertaining to thermal imaging integrated circuits and has consulted globally on business management.

Prior to joining the Air Techniques team, Mr. Niewiadomski held management positions in electrical and optical engineering. He has led hardware developments, cost reduction and strategic organizational change projects.
