PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advaxis, Inc., (OTCBB: ADXS) (“Advaxis” or the “Company”), a leader in developing the next generation of immunotherapies for cancer and infectious diseases, announced that its Board of Directors has decided to no longer seek stockholder approval to amend Advaxis’ 2011 Omnibus Incentive Plan and will withdraw this proposal from the agenda for its Annual Meeting scheduled for June 14, 2013.
