OpenPR -- The restaurant market in the German-speaking markets is prospering. The turnover of all restaurants, bars and cafes in Germany, Austria and Switzerland rose in the last year by average 0.6% (Germany) or 2.5% (Austria/Switzerland). In 2008 the turnover of German serviced gastronomy has been approximately 18.3 billion Euro, in Austria 3.5 bn Euro and in Switzerland 4.2 bn Euro.
