BOSTON, Oct. 24, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ZIOPHARM Oncology, Inc. (Nasdaq:ZIOP) today announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 14,300,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $3.50 per share. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by ZIOPHARM. The offering is expected to close on October 29, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
