Formerly, Ms. Shusko held the position of Chief Financial Officer, having joined the company in early 2000. In her new role as COO, Ms. Shusko will maintain financial responsibilities while broadening her areas of oversight to operations with an initial focus on the newly acquired consumer brands product line.

From 1992 until joining the WellSpring team, Ms. Shusko worked in various management and financial capacities for Roberts Pharmaceutical Corporation, an international, multi-faceted pharmaceutical company, including Director of Finance and Financial Operations.
