Victhom Human Bionics Inc. (“Victhom”)(TSX:VHB) is pleased to announce that it has filed a final short form prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec pursuant to which Victhom proposes to complete a public offering of units at a price of $0.35 per unit for a minimum amount of $10 million and a maximum of $15 million. Each unit will consist of one common share of Victhom and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share at a price of $0.45 at any time prior to 5:00 p.m. (Montreal time) on the date that is 36 months following the closing of the offering.
