TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ventana Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: VMSI) today said it expects to receive a notice from Vision Systems Limited (ASX: VSL) terminating the Merger Implementation Agreement between the companies pursuant to which Ventana was to acquire all the outstanding shares of Vision Systems and retire its convertible debt.
