U.S. MedSys Corp. (OTCBB:UMSY) announced today the execution of a marketing and distribution agreement with Ivivi Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of ADM Tronics Unlimited, Inc. (OTCBB:ADMT), based in Northvale, New Jersey, to incorporate the SofPulse Electrotherapy Device into its wound care management program (WCMP).
