Tulip BioMed™, Inc. (formerly known as "Cell Bio-Systems, Inc."), a developer of medical devices and patented technologies for the living tissue markets, including plastic, cosmetic, and orthopedic surgeries, today announced that Nasdaq has issued the company a new trading symbol. The new symbol, (PINKSHEETS: TPBD), will be effective when the market opens on June 2, 2006 replacing the old symbol (PINKSHEETS: CBSI). Nasdaq required the symbol change after the company changed its name from "Cell Bio-Systems, Inc." to "Tulip BioMed, Inc." in March 2006.
