Delcath Systems Inc., an early-stage medical device maker with ties to Queensbury, New York, has announced the resignations of three of its board members.

Board resignations, which took effect Dec. 11, include Laura A. Brege, Tasos G. Konidaris, and Gabriel Leung, according to a filing Monday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
