Volume and volatility were low as traders left early for the 3-day weekend. We take a look at Maxygen, which moved up 10% on no news, Ligand, which got a strategic upgrade, and Epix, which took at 27% haircut after the FDA issued an “approvable” letter and asked for more data on MS-325.
