WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), a leading global provider of medical devices for critical care and surgery, has announced three new group purchasing agreements with Premier, Inc. The new agreements cover Teleflex’s Weck® brand of Endomechanical (Ligation and Stapling) products, Deknatel® brand of Cardiovascular Suture, and Weck Vista® brand of Bladeless Laparoscopic Access Ports. The agreements begin April 1, 2015 and extend through March 31, 2018.
